Our Core Values

The Lordship of Jesus Christ (Col:1:16-18)

Jesus stands at the center of it all. He is the reason for whatever we do.

Integrity (Titus 2:7)

Integrity is the sense of what is right or wrong and choosing consistently what is right even when there is no one watching. We strive to live consistently in choosing what is right.

Service and Responsibility (Matt 20:26-28)

Service and responsibility is what gives you the urge to make the world a better place, appreciating responsibility toward God, self, and society.

Excellence (Daniel 6:3)

Excellence is the ultimate goal in every endeavor that fuels the ambition for success despite the adversity, odds, and constraints. Excellence seeks to be the defining hallmark.

Ambition (Phil 3:13b)

Ambition is what provides the personal vision, determination, and resilience needed for impact in life.

Relevance with current trends (Prov 1:5a)

At TSM we provide education that equip individuals to meet current trends and solve global issues.

Leadership (Prov 11:14 )

We believe that for one to attain excellence, self-leadership is paramount. Therefore we instill a sense of leadership in our learners and staff to attain full individual and collective successes.

Teamwork (Deut 32:30)

The effective and efficient collaboration towards a common goal.

Community Engagement (1John 4:7)

Engaging and giving to our community as exemplified by Jesus Christ.

Respect (Rom 12:10)

Having due regard for the views, feelings, wishes and rights of others. We show respect by being polite and kind. We do this without compromising the Christian Values/ethos of the school.

Critical thinking (Prov 14:15)

A desire for clarity, accuracy, and precision based on sound evidence and good reasoning.
